Terms and conditions

Article 1: This seasonal rental reservation is reserved for the exclusive use of Villa Firdaous in Marrakech, Domain Prestigia.

Article 2 - Duration of stay: The tenant reserving this rental concluded for a determined period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 3 - Conclusion of the reservation: It becomes effective once the tenant has paid a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
The rental concluded between the parties to this reservation may in no case benefit third parties, natural or legal persons without the agreement of the Owner.

Any breach of this paragraph is likely to result in the termination of the rental at the exclusive fault of the tenant. The rental income remains definitively acquired by the owner.

Article 4 - Cancellation of the rental by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the landlord.
a) Cancellation:

. more than 40 days before arrival 100% refund of the deposit.
. more than 20 days before arrival reimbursement of 50% of the deposit.
. loss of the deposit for any cancellation within 20 days before arrival or not


b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner pays the tenant all the sums that would have been paid to him on the date of cancellation.

Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must present himself on the specified day and time mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the landlord.

Article 7 - Inventory: An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure from the villa. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures.
The state of cleanliness of the villa on arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. Daily cleaning is the responsibility of the owner.

Linens are provided (sheets, towels)

Article 8 - Security deposit or Guarantee: on arrival of the tenant, a security deposit in the amount of € 1000 is requested by the owner at the start of the stay.

After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed. In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing

the establishment of the inventory on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding fifteen.

Article 9 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.

Article 10 - Capacity: This reservation is made for the number of occupants mentioned. If the number of occupants is greater, the owner can refuse the additional people or accept them at an additional cost. Any modification or rupture of reservation will be considered at the initiative of the tenant.

Article 11 - Animals: This reservation is made without the company of pets. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner can refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.

Article 12 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages resulting from his doing. He is required to be insured by a gold or black credit card type insurance contract, having paid for the stay with this means of payment.

Article 13 - Timetable: Entry is from 2 p.m. or rather depending on the departure of previous tenants. Check-out is at 11 a.m. at the latest.
